Many ENFJs have a pronounced desire to take on leadership roles in their circle and take upon themselves the responsibility for its well-being. Stress relief methods
It is always a good idea to go away on vacation, take a road trip, go on a hike, or just indulge in the pleasures of doing absolutely nothing.
There are quite a few things that could help you unwind, such as playing sports, having a night out with friends, watching a movie or listening to music. Just do what you like. Only you know what that is. Oh, and last but not least, learn some relaxation and meditation techniques.
Remember that pleasing everyone is impossible. Take the pressure of making everything around you the best it can possibly be off yourself.
